Current- Main Responsibilities:
- Implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the International Operations functionsachieve their business objectives.
- Monitor and report on all Service Delivery engagements to ensure they are delivered to the requiredstandard.
- Build and maintain a collaborative working relationship with all other departments to ensure that there iseffective co-ordination of all company activities in support of the Company objectives.
- Develop and maintain operational systems by determining business requirements, analysing processworkflows and implement, enforce and evaluate corporate policies and procedures.
- Responsible to identify and develop business improvements in collaboration with the department leadsunder Continuous improvement programmes such that the business can scale with a better thanproportional increase in.
