I manage the entire lifecycle of online learning course development, from initial intake to post-evaluation. This involves identifying the needs of diverse target audiences and designing learner journeys using various tools and platforms. I collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support content preparation, including documentation, presentation building, scripting, recording, and publishing.I design assessments and learning evaluation methods that ensure pedagogical alignment between curated content and the learners’ incoming levels. My work includes building online content that offers diverse learning options, practicing Universal Design for Learning, and maintaining high accessibility standards. I am committed to integrating Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI), and a sense of belonging into every aspect of learning design, ensuring that all learners feel valued and supported.Additionally, I develop evaluation methods that enhance the readability of platform reporting and analytical features, providing an accurate picture of learner engagement and informing learning outcomes.

I practice non-directive coaching to support clients in their journey of self-discovery and reaching their full potential. I use positive psychology tools to build awareness and full understanding of own needs as well as direction of moving forward. It's a true honor for me to be able to step into this powerful relationships with clients. Witnessing them taking charge of their lives is the most rewarding element of the coaching process.

I support university's employee related training initiatives. From the idea to course roll out, I manage the process and provide instructional designing services. I take care of needs analysis, market research, supporting Subject Matter Experts in content building and then I take all that information and turn it into interactive online courses published through the institutional e-learning platform Brightspace by D2L. I also develop and facilitate workshops for university employees (face-to-face and online) through the Human Resources department.

- Designed and developed curriculums for blended delivery (including face-to-face model re-design for blended or online delivery) on both: undergraduate and postgraduate levels.- Supported pedagogically and technically faculty and academics in online content creation; trained them on software and supported in content deployment and evaluation.- Developed high-quality, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and accessibility standards compliant online courses as well as online materials.- Implemented School Teaching and Learning Strategy as well as contributed to Teaching and Learning Strategic Group.- Trained student groups and supported their online learning journeys throughout the academic year for postgraduate and undergraduate programs.

- Designed, developed and implemented e-learning & blended learning courses for Master Programs. - Developed and delivered Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) training to faculty. - Coordinated eLearning content design and development and supported its delivery via Blackboard Learn (created course maps, storyboards, SCORM packages, supported faculty as an instructional designer as well as on pedagogical challenges of online teaching and learning).- Created websites using WordPress and Joomla for a variety of different projects. - Actively participated in Resources for Education at UCC (RED @UCC) Group, where I have developed fully accessible website with OER content.

- Scheduling modules, coordinating of the e-content producing & courses delivery for the modules available under the ICGEE curriculum (multidisciplinary curriculum dedicated to PhD researchers);- Working close with the lecturers spread across the Irish Universities and Institutes of Technology in terms of the approach for the courses delivery, enhancing the quality of the courses and user-friendliness of the online education;- Coaching course moderators in terms of using Virtual Learning Environments, online collaboration tools (such as Elluminate Live!, Vidyo, Adobe Connect Pro) as well as social media to enhance students engagement to the learning process, coaching lecturers in terms of the enhancing the learning content accessibility (especially for students from distant locations); - Coordinating e-content distribution through different media channels (i.e. LinkedIn groups, Twitter, YouTube channels, RSS feeds, websites, blogs, etc.). - Evaluating of the course content, students learning experience and quality of teaching.

- Project Management according to PRINCE2 and PMP methodologies,- Auditing organisations against security rules and regulations, - Keeping direct customer relationships (preparing offers, negotiating conditions of the project realisation)- Providing traditional and e-learning trainings in data security and protection, VLE usage and social media in education. - Technical Writing based on functional specifications, customer requirements and interviews with subject matter experts, design information for users needs and providing advanced project documentation.

- Virtual Learning Environments (LMS, LCMS) setting up and maintenance, uploading content, designing courses structures and layouts, - e-content production: audio/video presentations, multimedia resources, wikis, blogs, websites;- Coordinating of blended trainings delivery, scheduling and organizing training sessions (both: virtual and face to face).
