I am a Training Manager with over 6 years of practice in management, training and business management. Experience in working on highly visible projects and programs. I managed and supervised technical and professional development courses for large organizations. My duties included change managment, trainings and staff ongoing development what lead to promotion and recognision by Investors In People. Increased educational resources by 200%, learning was made easier for employees by introducing new software and technology. At the university I was an individual achieving excellent grades, awards and prizes, for example from the ✅ Minister of Education (in 2011) ✅ Primus Inter Pares Organisation (in 2012) which is recognising the best students in the country. My current interests inspired me to complete: ✅ level 3 Diploma in Business Administration ✅ level 2 certificate in Team Leading ✅ level 3 in Management (all achieved in the UK). I also achieved certificate of the ✅ coaching course which I attended in London (The Coaching Academy). I was appreciated by ✅ Investors in People South of England as an example of the good practice: ‘The Deputy is energetic, highly motivated and instrumental in keeping the Nursery organised and on track.’ I monitored and motivated staff to participate in duties so staff were enthusiastic about their role and took their responsibilities seriously. Investors in People is the UK government project for people management, offering accreditation to organisations that adhere to the Investors in People Standard, (project number 14-03604). Since high school I was helping children in need and with special needs as well as homeless animals. Both my ✅ charity work and ✅ voluntary projects were recognised and appreciated when ✅ I won "Ośmiu Wspaniałych' competition. In my free time I love spending time outside (trekking, cycling, rollerblading), at the swimming pool or reading books.
