The Ix Art Park Foundation is a nonprofit arts organization located in the heart of Charlottesville, VA. The Foundation runs the Ix Outdoor Art Park - a mural and sculpture area open year-round to the public that is the location of many events, festivals, and workshops throughout the year, as well as the Saturday Farmers Market. The Foundation also operates The Looking Glass - Virginia’s first immersive art space that features permanent installations created by over 25 local and regional artists. Our mission is to inspire and create spaces for creativity and imagination that are accessible to everyone.

With 115+ Fine Artists and Contemporary Craft Artisans exhibiting from around the country, the Crozet Arts and Crafts Festivals are Central Virginia's premier juried Art and Craft event. The Festivals take place twice annually - in May and October - and feature local food, Virginia wine and beer, live music from local performers, children's activities, and more at beautiful Claudius Crozet Park in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Crozet Winter Brews Festival is held annually in December and celebrates Virginia craft dark beers and seasonal ciders.

We provide planning, management, and execution of amazing Kids Zones & Family Areas at festivals and events. Little Planets also creates pop-up, nature-inspired, eco-friendly play areas and baby spaces at festivals and events, both public and private. Past events include: Floydfest, The Festy Experience, Rooster Walk, Red Wing Roots Music Festival, Tom Tom Founders Festival, & many more.

ASAP Sitters, LLC is a locally owned and operated, professional babysitter referral service that that sets high standards for child care. We offer referrals for a variety of babysitting services: occasional weekday, weeknight, and weekend sitters, short notice childcare, sitters for weddings and other special occasions, and more in the Northern VA & DC Metro area and in Charlottesville, VA.

· Supervised the functioning of the Children’s Playroom, developed Family Support Plans; provided milieu child, parent-child, and family therapy.· Worked one-on-one with parents who had specific concerns about their child’s development; facilitated healthy attachments between parents and children; assisted parents and children in navigating developmental issues.· Conceptualized and implemented therapeutic interventions to promote developmental growth for children; supported children in improving peer relationships, regulating emotional outbursts, and expressing their needs and emotions appropriately.· Supervised, trained, and supported staff and volunteers in understanding children’s social and emotional development and facilitated staff, intern, and volunteer involvement with children and parents; conducted weekly staff meetings and trainings.
