• Manage Cornerstone's GonzoBanker Roundtables, small, private gatherings of mid-size bank and credit union C-suite and executive team members. • Direct the Cornerstone Communities, a collection of virtual platforms centered on sharing bank and credit union best practices and collaboration to increase industry knowledge, engagement and visibility.• Analyst to support Cornerstone’s Strategic Planning Practice.

* Responsible for the sales and delivery of business service products to commercial and small business clients within the Northeast Region.* Responsible for handling referrals, supporting branches and account officers with reviewing all business relationships, prospecting new clients and enhancing the new business customer engagement process.

• Develop and manage multiple contact channels for Business Banking, Online Banking and security products. • Update and revise bank policies and procedures for Business Services and Online Banking.• Sell and support Cash Management and Treasury Services.• Onsite visits to clients for sales opportunities and support. • Organize and conduct training meetings for the Customer Care Center. • Train associates in the Center and bank wide in Business Services, products and sales techniques.

• Provide world class service to customers utilizing the multi-channel network of phone, email, text chat, web, fax, and mail. • Resolve product or service issues and/or concerns by clarifying customer request, determining cause, selecting and explaining best solution, expediting the correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution is adequate.• Maintain customer records.• Open new accounts.• Maintain high-level of communication to management of irregular and/or recurring problems and suggest improvements. • Recommend potential product or services to management.
