• Managing different administration activities for over fifteen clients according to the agreed processes and service level agreements (ranging from day-to-day contact with the Candidates / Recruiters and Client Services Managers, gathering and reviewing documentation, through to applicant tracking systems management and to contract issuance)• Coordinating ad-hoc projects as well as suggesting and enforcing process improvements• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert and a point of contact for operational processes• Managing out of process requests• Conducting on-the-job trainings and coaching other team members• Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all cooperating parties (including Recruiters and Client Services Managers). Ensuring they are continually appraised and updated• Developing a broader idea of the business by participating in cross-training sessions within different teams, e.g. Client Referral Team
