About Emmett Wald, M.Ed.

Education is my passion and my calling. I have gravitated towards math and CS because I see students struggling in subjects I love, and I want to help improve that learning experience. I believe that it's vital to approach teaching with a critical lens towards pedagogy, access, and equity, particularly in STEM subjects. Being an educator is an iterative process of learning, growing, teaching, and constantly challenging myself to be better.
