CAREER TRANSITION | TALENT MANAGEMENT At Right, a global leader in career and talent management services, my primary focus was personally assisting individuals from a broad range of industries and professions with effectively navigating their career transition. I also successfully delivered dynamic, highly interactive training on a full complement of career-transition topics using both in-person and virtual-delivery methods. Most recently, I also served on a select team of consultants providing in-depth support to senior executives in transition.Additionally, I enjoyed contributing to talent management efforts such as assessment centers/succession planning for senior leaders and employee engagement survey design and analysis.

ADVISING | WORKSHOPS | LEADERSHIPThough my central focus in this position was providing comprehensive career-development and job-search advising to students and alumni for this public research university, I also delivered customized career programming by serving as a liaison to faculty and staff in specific colleges. In addition, I demonstrated strong project-management skills by coordinating large career/recruiting fairs, including providing leadership to a coordinated schedule of teacher job fairs across the state. I also engaged in long-term strategic planning and visioning for the Division of Student Affairs by serving on advisory committees.
