As working apart of the Golf Operations team at Summit Golf Club, customer service and relations were of the highest importance. I was responsible for managing equipment and people in order to ensure that the daily operations ran smoothly, as well as attending to any special requests from members and guests. Each day, my priority was to ensure that members and guests had the best possible experience at Summit.

Working with the golf department at Donalda, I was tasked with ensuring members vaccinations were up to date with club policy to enter the club property. I was in charge of alerting the team on who was arriving and what they were here for.

Working at Thornhill Gardens, I was tasked with cleaning, organizing and setting up flowers before customers arrived. I was then assisting customers with helping them find the right flower for there specific garden that will grow and bloom the best in the conditions they have.

Worked as a security guard for the VIP Section in Sofi Stadium. Dealt with many LA Chargers and Rams fans, directing them to their seats all over the stadium. Occasionally, had to deal with fans that were causing disturbances.
