I am currently studying chemical engineering having completed three years and now in my final integrated masters year, hoping to gain many more achievements during this time at university. I have completed a third year group project on the chemical recycling of polyethylene terephthalate (plastic bottles) which has also been published in the Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering. I have also gained experience working with the Dualflow project group, to design methods to stick a metal catalyst to the interior of a water electrolysis reactor for the production of hydrogen from renewable energy sources. I am passionate about improving the sustainability and the progression of new technologies for the future of our planet. I am interested in energy and hydro technologies and would like to take up leadership and management roles within these industries.
