Space at the Quay is a small specialised personal training gym which has provided me with the opportunities to work with a range of different groups on a One to One and a group level basis. I have worked with:- Para-Olympic and Elite Level Swimmers- Stroke Patients- Golfers- People with Long Term Health Conditions- General Population- Footballers & Rugby PlayersI have gained invaluable specialised experience working with these groups which has enhanced my skills and knowledge of S&C, Health Promotion and Rehabilitation.I have undertaken regular staff training from Simon Cook and Martin Haines,who together have a great depth of experience of working with Professional Football Clubs, Formula One Teams and PGA Tour Golf Players. The staff training has consisted of learning about:- Masters Level Intrinsic Biomechanics- Masters Level Physiotherapy- Lower Back Pain- Knee, Hip, Ankle, Shoulder and Back Rehabillitation- Elite Level Strength & Conditioning- Piriformis Syndrome, Frozen Shoulder and Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction- Muscle Spasms and Joint Mobility- Sciatic Nerve Pain and Nerve Flossing

Alongside university and work I was also running private Circuit Training Classes. This consisted of group resistance based activities, I worked with local football clubs such as Beccles Town Football Club and Norton Football Club and provided them with pre season circuit training sessions.
