My passion is working as a change agent, sharing the journey with individuals and teams as we transform the way they work.I am a lean-agile-devops champion obsessed with ‘how we work’. Experience has taught me that when management create a supportive ecosystem, empowered teams can reach incredible heights which far exceed the sum of their parts. This enabled a cloud hosted, API first, micro-service architecture capable of supporting agile delivery of Macquarie’s digital banking services. I applied full devops practices to the team, “we built it - we own it!”. This included rolling out new technologies (eg. Pagerduty) to support a devops, always-on capability.Build strong relationships with key vendors (Redhat, Pagerduty) to foster a mutual purpose and shared success. This was recognised with Macquarie receiving the Redhat innovation award.
