Working on 2 main projects:Migration of customers from legacy Cerillion CRM and billing platform onto TalkTalk Technology internal systemsBuilding group-wide customer reconciliation platform to provide a single view of the customer from the network equipment in the telephone exchange through to the customer information in the CRM.The reconciliation platform is based on a Netezza data warehouse, and involves extracting and analysing data from multiple third parties, networking equipment, provisioning, billing and CRM databases, and determining the correct links between the records, then building reports to provide end-users with the latest correct information.
