Information Technology Help Desk Technician
CurrentStarted at AAM as an intern working in the Information Technology side of the business. I was offered a part-time position back in 2019, and then at the end of 2020, I was offered a full-time position. Both offers I accepted. My primary role is to support the Helpdesk tickets and phone calls that we receive. Either by working with the user to fix the issue they're having or by getting them in contact with the correct department. Additionally, when we are in dire need I help build and format laptops or desktops.
