Early on, I had some early near misses with investment banks and the British Army until I discovered my true calling in learning and teaching, turning it into a dream job. Now, as the founder of my own firm, my mission is to ensure that every learner has the opportunity to experience exceptional teaching and learning within enriching environments.On a daily basis, my dedicated team and I achieve this by guiding teachers and school leaders to adopt innovative perspectives through online courses, consultancy services, and advisory roles for government initiatives. As a Life Fellow of the RSA, recognized for my contributions to education and digital media, and a Member of the Royal Company of Merchants Edinburgh, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.I am the proud founder of NoTosh, a consulting and content company renowned globally for pioneering collaborative, human-informed approaches to designing built environments, learning experiences, and strategies. My strategic insights have reached the highest levels of European Commission leadership, advising the Vice President and several senior politicians. I was also instrumental in orchestrating the most successful digital election campaign in my country.In 2019, I spearheaded a restructuring initiative after a decade of following a successful yet conventional consulting business model. This transformation significantly reduced fixed costs, multiplied our margins tenfold, and shifted 70% of our revenue sources to online delivery. This strategic pivot enables us to fulfil our mission on an unprecedented scale, ensuring that quality education is accessible to all.
