• Continuously build and maintain client relationships to ensure stakeholders satisfaction and year-over-year contract renewal. Collaborate with the Chief Program Officer to identify potential clients, develop presentations, and pitch iCouldBe program capabilities.• Develop and manage e-mentoring programs for clients including Accenture, Adobe, AT&T, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Salesforce, etc. Collaborate with the clients’ philanthropic departments to develop programs that align with their value proposition and quota goals.• Provide strategic direction and implementation solutions to establish scope, priorities, and deliverables.• Monitor the digital mentoring platform for content, design, and user-experience (UX) and collaborate with developers to implement upgrades.• Problem solve general and technical end-user issues, collaborating with the Chief Technical Officer if needed.• Assess and recommend changes to the database systems including the models and policies utilized to effectively collect and store data and collaborate with data analysts to define and develop performance metrics.• Evaluate program success, create weekly and monthly digital reporting, and present findings to stakeholders, with possible growth strategies.
