Capability Manager responsibilities:- Visualizing the teams and employee allocation ​- Illustrating and describing availability- Handling resource allocation by managing (match requests with availability) the capability in the organizational unit, solving gap, setting priorities and proposing solutions - Identifying shortage of skills & competence​- Suggesting possible solutions (upskilling, job or assignment rotations) based on information about future plans, requirements and needs​- Resolving potential resource conflicts between programs, programs and line etc. based on company priorities ​- Aligning prioritization, escalations & reallocation​- Leading required capability forums for internal & external resource requests​- Interfacing other programs requests and administrating resource request in&out​

Between 2017 and 2021 Operational Product Owner in 3G for not more than 5 teams at the same time. Together with OPO tasks I was handling also other roles as Verification Guardian (March 2017 - May 2021) - contact person sharing information between release program, OPOs and test teams, accounting for making sure that Product Lifecycle Maintenance software is tested before release and that release plan is delivered to test teams, providing test results (including test report) to Release Program, planning all additional deliveries based on customer requests. For 4 years I was also 3G OSS(Operations Support System-Radio and Core)/ENM (Ericsson Network Manager) SPOC who used to plan number of servers for 3G area, including peak demand for ENM servers and reducing number of OSS servers. Between Jan 2017 and Jan 2019 I was taking care of additional verification as Out Delivery Tests SPOC (verification done for customers who used to load the latest available software). I was also SPOC for Network Serviceability area responsible for planning feature tests in all involved teams (Dec 2019 – Jan 2021) and in 2021 I took over Test Environment Manager tasks for couple of months.

I take in hand finances of Łódź Branch, involved also in organization of events for project managements enthusiasts (for example Project Management Pro Mastery - Ways of Agile conference in June 2023).

I was responsible for Lodz Branch social media (Linkedin, Facebook) fanpages, preparing ans sending newsletters, promoting events, social media data analysis.Together with other volunteers I was organizing local and online events for project management enthusiasts - examples of topics: change management, good communication, conflict management, design thinking.
