Supported DreamWorks mostly from offsite in June 2010 to assist with post-implementation improvements, rollout of the 2010 New Hire Act, revisions to the custom Vacation Liability Accrual and created solutions for new programs such as: DreamFit Gift Cards, Gross Up Gifts, and the new “Give a Day, Get a Day” program. Created Involuntary Deduction Refund Elements, KBX Kube Templates, Quarter End and Year End Documentation testing and user documentation.

Served in several roles as both a Payroll Consultant and a UPK Consultant creating new training content, updating existing content and performing a UPK upgrade in an Oracle R12 environment. As a Payroll Consultant, helped with troubleshooting payroll issues, payroll process re-design and coordinating the rollout of Payroll Processing to a new location (Budapest). With the UPK product, created new Payroll User UPK training modules. Also created new modules for Oracle Cash Management (including Banks, Bank Statements and Reconciliation) and revised the AP, Purchasing and HR UPK modules. Upgraded the existing UPK 3.1 system to version 3.5 including a test and rollout plan.

Lead Oracle Payroll Consultant on an implementation that successfully went live on January 1, 2010. Integrated Oracle Payroll with Oracle Time & Labor and Oracle Projects. Implemented California specific rules such as 6th and 7th day premiums and meal penalties. Implemented RetroPay Enhanced, a custom 401K solution, 3 custom Accrual solutions, and ADP Tax Interface. Led all phases of the project from Requirements Gathering though Post Go-Live support.

Go-live and post-implementation support for Arlington Public Schools (APS) which went live in April 2007. Acted in two roles, the first was representing APS as the fill-in client-side Project Manager as they had no one with ERP implementation or Oracle experience involved in the project. Interacted with the Implementation Consultant team and the client-side team to resolve issues and mediate disagreements. Led daily user team meetings on issue collection and resolution. Led weekly Team Lead meetings and managed the issues list. In the second role, acted as an Oracle Consultant, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes on all fronts and across the HR, OTL, Payroll and Self-service aspects.
