Responsible for the Technical Services division in Morse and Appliance Technology which provides the technical assistance for all aspects of the Morse and Appliance Technology business. The Technical Services Division provides infrastructure support, professional services and managed services for the customer base across all tiers of Irish business.My responsibilities include managing the Technical Services team, managing the customer base, managing partner technical relationships and growing the service layer and technical offerings that Morse and Appliance Technology / NetApp offer to the Irish market. The role also includes business development on key service opportunities, project management , technical account management as well as responsiblity for managing training and development plans for the team and overall responsibility for the internal systems including DR and business continuity, I also play an active role in maintaining our key major vendor relationships on the technical side which included been the first Netapp partner in the UK and Ireland to become Netapp APSP certified.
