Responsibilities:· Coordinating and delivering training sessions under Leadership Development Program in the following locations: Krakow, Budapest, Buenos Aires,· Collaboration with key stakeholders and HR team members to prioritize, design and develop training curricula and assessments to support talent development program,· Identification of developmental needs of the LDP participants and preparation of the development plans,· Delivering trainings using various methods, including classroom or web conference,· Leading additional learning activities such as learning circles, coaching, team coaching etc.· Coordination of trainings and related events (kick-off etc.) (Logistics and training materials production/assembly/delivery for local and remote trainings/ communication of all training information to attendees, instructors),· Maintaining trainings and development plan,· Maintaining detailed training records and training evaluations. Analyse training evaluations highlighting any potential areas of concern and identifying areas to improve/resolve.
