About Ewelina Partyka

I have been working as an HR professional for 4 years now. In the meantime, I have discovered that my sporting roots from the Wroclaw University of Physical Education translate perfectly into business. A year ago, I completed a postgraduate course in UX-Design with a passion for experience design - in candidate recruitment, - in user applications. I am the co-creator of the ‘HR on Backstage’ project, where I create content about the behind-the-scenes work in HR. I believe that the best solutions are created at the intersection of different disciplines, which is why I am constantly expanding my horizons by absorbing knowledge, creating long-term relationships and trying out new solutions.
