360iSR is the new name for specialist global consultancy, IAM:ISR, founded in 2013 by former RAF Senior Officer, Ewen Stockbridge Sime.The team, under the leadership of Stockbridge Sime, is widely acknowledged as a global leader in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance with clients spanning the globe and reaching into most corners of the market including defence, security and cyber. Following a period of growth, the company has rebranded as 360iSR, to more closely reflect the total capability of its ISR solution approach across military and civilian applications.

I established the company and won the initial 3 contracts that enabled IAMISR to prosper. I now deliver against these contracts, run the business and administer personnel.

2011-Date Inzpire Ltd: Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Subject Matter Expert• Headhunted by the Company Director and Head of Synthetic Training Department.• Tasked with leading a team to develop Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance synthetic training in support of the UK military, liaising with the customer, designing and delivering training courses within a dynamic and testing time line.• Successfully increasing demand for training services by 100% in the first year.• Liaising with the customer to identify new training opportunities and providing solutions in how to meet the challenges.• Responsible for ensuring training maintains value for money within the ever restrictive MOD budgetary cut backs.• Meticulous in ensuring all associated paperwork demanded of the complex military training standard was completed, including Training Objective mapping, Assessment Criteria management and validation report writing.

Significant Achievements:• Project Managing a series of highly successful training courses that fulfilled every element of the original requirement• Engaging with key coalition partners to ensure alignment of training and exploiting of any cross training opportunities.• Witnessing QWI ISR graduates to become “game changers” once deployed in support of operations.• Introducing and developing the novel concept of holistic C4ISR package command.• Executing C4ISR package command during large scale UK and USAF exercises.• Becoming the first non-fast jet White Force Team Leader for the UK Air Warfare Centre.• Becoming the first non-USAF officer to be invited to Co-Chair a USAF weapons and tactics conference (attendance 500 including 4 star officers)• Becoming the first non-USAF operator to be invited to lead the USAF C4ISR package commander concept at Red Flag.• Leading a team responsible for the development of “world leading” synthetic C4ISR training for the UK military.• Creating a training package that has become saught after by the international community.
