I am a business management major at Rowan University where I am striving to achieve my Bachelors of Science, as well as holding a minor in strategic communications. I would describe myself as hardworking, reliable, and eager to succeed. Through my experience in working in the hospitality and retail industry I have sharpened my skills in my interpersonal and communicative abilities. I am a strong problem solver, and strive in atmospheres where I must manage multiple tasks to keep all involved satisfied. In my various experiences, I have been given the opportunity to exercise my leadership, collaboration, and people skills to work well with a team to satisfy goals of the company, as well as the customers. I am always open minded and enjoy taking critique and suggestions to further improve my capabilities. I have proven to be reliable and effective given any task, and I hope to bring my experience and skills, along with my dedicated drive to my future career.
