Main duties are to support the assyst software within the SaaS (Software as a Service) environment, this includes but not limited to Windows Servers / Linux Ubuntu Servers / MSSQL Servers / Virtual Networks / Network Load Balancers / Firewalls / JBoss / Apache / VMware / SSL certificates / Bash deployment scripts / SVN / Ansible / Azure Blob storage

• Technical Navigation support from Project Start-up through to final data deliverables.• Critical Technical equipment planning for future Projects & inventory/maintenance management.• Close communication with Operation Manager in co-ordinating 3rd party services & service engineers obtaining quotations and supervising logistics.• Liaise with suppliers with inventory order and maintenance repairs & logistics.• Developed Macro powered Excel & Powerpoint to create Field pre-requisite data sheets and templates.• Manage project & assist field personnel to minimise downtime & achieve set KPI targets. • Maintaining & updating of tenders & acquisition GIS database and project information.• Assist Sales & Marketing department in the tendering process, including project duration simulation, Technical exceptions & Maps/diagrams preparation.• Assist Department Manager with budget planning & investigation into new technology in the market.• Weekly discussion meeting with line Management for continuous improvement & improve cost/downtime reduction of the fleet.

•Consultation to Client on complex 4D seismic exploration survey design, QC & Implementation.•Field client representative for major Oil & Gas companies such as Shell, BP, Statoil, Exxonmobil etc•Creation & Analysis of ArcGIS data projects and statistical reporting. •QC & analyse complex seismic exploration navigation datasets & present findings in powerpoint format.•Field QC of WATS seismic exploration vessel positional/navigational data for BP Angola project.•Roll out of innovative R&D project to field environment.•Linux/Window PC setup & configuration/administration.•Linux (Redhat) shell scripting for data manipulation/pre-plot creation (bash, awk, sed, Csh etc).

•Mobilisation of multi-streamer marine seismic acquisition vessel (M/V BOS Arctic).•Supervision & overseeing of initial start-ups of new projects & verify software configurations.•Training of junior navigators to real time navigational software & operations.•Maintenance & configuration of DGPS (CNAV/Veripos)/Relative GPS & underwater Acoustic positioning equipments (Sonardyne SIPS 2)•Quality control of real time navigational data processing & post processing.•Compiling & maintaining operational procedures for navigation department.•Configuration & maintenance of real time navigational systems.•Linux/Window PC setup & configuration/administration.

•Analysing project specifications & produce Functional Acceptance Test/On Site Acceptance Test Procedures according to the customer specified requirements.•Construction & Implementation of required test simulations for thorough testing of Control Panel I/Os and human computer interface systems (Digital, Analogue, Frequency, Pulse, RTD Inputs/Outputs, Serial comms).•Carry out 100% in-house testing of control panels, Mechanical/Electrical Hardware & Software Hydrocarbon Metering System quality control.•Client testing with customers according to specification and agreed Functional Acceptance Test Procedures, and answering/explaining any necessary customer queries.•Analyse customer specified Fluid & Thermodynamic International Standards and creation of necessary calculation spreadsheets using Excel and calculation verification using ISO 6978, ISO 5167, IP2, API, AGA & GOST standards.•Site Commissioning of hydrocarbon metering control systems.•Training/Supervisory Support & Guidance to new graduate recruits on electrical drawings interpretation and trouble shooting on electrical control panel components.

•Researched & Implemented new system on induction heating coils to estimate most efficient/suitable size of coils to be used for FBE, PP Pipe coating plant, minimising down time of production line and set-up time of induction coils.•Researched and Investigated for a most suitable CMMS for the Bredero maintenance department, thoroughly acquired all required information for the Asset Manager and edited/revamped of existing Preventive Maintenance Instructions and provided advice for new Condition Monitoring equipments such as Vibration, Oil and Thermo Analysis for critical plant machineries. •Investigated into frequent breakdowns of critical & non critical machine components and calculated suitable servicing time intervals to create better efficiency and reliability of plant machinery (Electrical & Mechanical Plant equipments).•Updated & Modified AutoCAD drawings of Electrical & Mechanical plant equipments using AutoCAD 2002 LT.
