The ESHIP Communities program is a community-driven approach for building entrepreneurial ecosystems that foster inclusion, relationships, collaboration, and social capital across networks of entrepreneurs and those who support them. The program supports the creation and evaluation of a repeatable, bottom-up approach to building and strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems.

The Digital Filmmaking Institute (DFI) is a non-profit organization that encourages education and development of a broad range of media production skills through workshops and events like its annual Duke City Shootout.Experiences with DFI and the Shootout have ranged from producing events like the Insomnia Lounge and overseeing special effects and post-production in 2007.
