Lending Club is a peer to peer lender for both personal and business loans. As a part of the Member Support Team, I assist customers by answering questions, trouble-shoot issues, and over-all support of our members. By using Finesse, Jabber, SalesForce, and various proprietary databases, I help to ensure our members are given the utmost customer service.Accomplishments: Trained in Phone Verification and Assisting with Credit Review. Number 35 out of over 100 MS Reps for Q2, 2015 (this includes QA, Schedule Adherence, and Customer Satisfaction). Member of the Number One Team at the end of Q2, 2015 for MS (this includes QA, Schedule Adherence, and Customer Satisfaction). Top 35 in QA as of end of Q2, 2015.
