In connection with the Certificate of Advanced Studies on Management at St. Gallen University, I supported organizing the Zurich Network Partner Conference, where more than 60 business partners from all corners of the world gathered together Zurich leaders. The conference was highly appreciated by the partners as well as Zurich leaders. My responsibilities included: 1) Collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to organize the Zurich Network Partner Conference 20242) Utilizing strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and deliverables3) Working closely with the Group Events team to build a registration page and coordinate logistics of the Conference.

As of September 2023, I took another remote, part-time job with Korean Advocates for Global Health (www.koreanagh.org). KAGH aims to provide platform to discuss and raise awareness on global health issues such as TB and malaria in South Korea. In this role, I am responsible for advocacy efforts on Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) (more info on NTDs: https://www.who.int/health-topics/neglected-tropical-diseases#tab=tab_1) including but not limited to: 1) Building partnerships with global partners on NTDs2) Composing strategies and plans for advocacy around NTDsWhile I have done some advocacy work, NTDs is a new topic for me to learn about. I am thrilled about this opportunity to explore something new and excited to see where this journey will take me.

I supported coordination of The Mangrove Collective's Pro Bono Partnerships Initiative that aims to engage in meaningful partnerships with local, for-purpose organisations in different parts of the world. At the moment, my focus is to support a community-based organisation that works for survivors of gender-based violence in Kenya. In this role, my tasks include: 1) facilitate process of forming partnerships between The Mangrove Collective and the local organisation 2) draft Contract of Services, Terms of References, and Job Description 3) support identifying and hiring a consultant who will conduct organisational capacity assessment with the local organisation

My role was to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the education programme and strengthening of regional office strategic partnerships through knowledge generation and management for policy advocacy, with a focus around progress on Early Childhood Development in Country Offices and the Out-Of-School-Children Initiative. In addition to this, I also provided broader support to the regional Education team and Country Offices as and when needed. I also supported the East Asia Pacific United Nations Girls’ Education Initiative Secretariat serving as Communications Officer.• Led Knowledge Management of EAPRO Education team and Country Offices, which ensured effective knowledge sharing and enhanced quality of presentations and documents with relevant education data. Trained staff on knowledge management. • Coordinated EAPRO Education Regional Network Meeting with UNICEF education managers in 14 countries and the regional education team, which provided pathways to a better collaboration• Led communication efforts of the EAP UN Girls’ Education Initiative including publishing bi-monthly newsletters and communicating with regional partners and NY headquarters • Presented a paper at 2015 UKFIET: The Education and Development Forum, showcasing how a regional network can effectively work together towards common goals

StrategyTeam Manager (2012-2013)Responsible for overall strategy and program development for the Global Programmes Division, supervised 6 programme officers. • Facilitated and led various workshops on programme development and training of staff• Enhanced team members’ ownership by encouraging to participate in annual planning • Liaised with human resources, sponsorship management, fundraising, and marketing departments to ensure support and leadership for ChildFund South Sudan OfficeProject Coordination Team Manager (2011-2012)Responsible for overall management of global projects in Africa, Asia, and South America in partnership with ChildFund Alliance members. Supervised 10 project coordination officers on monitoring projects, producing reports for corporate, individual and government donors, as well as providing ideas for advocacy and marketing around global programmes. • Oversaw and presented proposals for two three-year grant projects in Senegal and Bolivia to a government donor, securing a total fund of 600,000 USD. • Dispatched and guided staff for the projects in Bolivia, Sri Lanka, Senegal, and Uganda• Developed a scheme to monitor projects with a focus on finance and tracking progress

ChildFund Korea is one of the largest social welfare organisations in Korea founded in 1948 but the Global Programme Division was created in 2007. I joined the organisation in September 2007 as the coordinator of the new overseas volunteer programme and assumed various roles such as project coordinator for Sierra Leone and Senegal; liaison officer for ChilFund Alliance; and focal point for TV campaigns for sponsor acquisition. • Launched and coordinated Global Volunteer Programme, designed and facilitated orientation and onboarding programmes for volunteers• Managed education projects in Senegal and Sierra Leone• Established strategies and improved services for sponsors by managing more than 20 online volunteers (2007), which became a team of ten staff and 40+ online volunteers
