We manage projects in empty buildings providing temporary, affordable spaces to artists alongside social, cultural and creative initiatives.Our mission is to provide an ad-hoc creative solution for short term and meanwhile use tenancy. With eight years of experience in converting formerly derelict 30,000 sq ft central London vacant property into a community value space. Cultural Guardians aim to create a breeding ground for innovative ideas and empower the local community. Cultural Guardians create a platform for a new type of community space. Our community based initiative brings together individuals and groups disconnected by the digital world. Corporate and social responsibility is at the core of our work, by setting up partnerships with developers, landlords, corporate brands and community initiatives who are concerned with sustainability. Seeking to add value to an organisation's activities by ensuring they have a positive impact on the local economy. Cultural Guardians will promote, improve and advance education and appreciation of the independent arts, sociology, subcultures, and environmental issues.

Red is an events and exhibition space in the heart of Shoreditch. In April 2010, we took over 1-3 Rivington Street, then a near-derelict building, empty for a year and a half, and made it into one of the London’s most exciting cultural hubs. We are a collective of creative individuals and organisations striving to bring together art, music and film via many varied cultural events, forging/cementing local, national and international collaborations/partnerships. At Red we offer low-cost space to artists and Internet start-ups. Now in its 3rd year, The Red Project continues to deliver on our ‘cultural house sitting’ remit, having transformed an empty property into one of the Capital’s landmark creative spaces. RED is designing a cultural blueprint. Drawing on previous cultural experiments, we see ourselves as part of the great tradition of creative migrants who have moved to metropolitan areas such as London's East End, in an attempt to build long-term sustainable business strategies. {ourhistory} archives is the creation of Ernesto Leal and its aim is to both record and archive the collective memories of the individuals who inhabit the moving places and changing spaces of the city. Through the medium of the visual arts, Our History places maximum emphasis on the experiences of those who are directly affected by the continuously changing nature of the city. It sets out to celebrate, recognise and to tell the stories of ‘those who were there’.{ourhistory} is a collaborative project that brings together creative practitioners from all walks of life who are then invited to take part in creating ‘Our History’. East End Promise is a continuation of the highly acclaimed and successful ‘Our History” Celebrating 20 Years of Acid House Graphic Design Exhibition.
