Applied past experiences to help develop start-up business establish LNG distribution network across the US. Targeting Class 8 truck fleets for conversion or OEM solutions for LNG fuel useage. Long term plans include engagement of Mining and Marine customers with LNG solutions and fuel supply.

Laid ground work for service facility in Great Lakes ­ a targeted development region. Establish new customer base and revitalize existing customers. Establish "in shop" work flow. Lead projects, manage service personnel and perform service work when needed. Project scopes included OEM equipment repairs or modifications of $1M+ of parts and labor. Manage multinational teams. Attend multiple global product center training and become familiar with wide range of equipment.

Performed system level design and specification tasks for development of marine and stationary power generation equipment from 1- 4 MW power generation equipment. Tasks included team based leading or development of project costs, time lines, design documents, cost and reliability targets, equipment specifications, testing and performance limits, installation and commissioning. In addition, supported Gear COE/Wind team. Tasks included liaison between engineering and manufacturing for new product development of 2.0 and 2.5 MW wind turbine gearbox product lines. Addressed 1.5MW product field issues including developing and implementation of repair procedures which reduced field removal rate.

Maintained current diesel product awareness and developments to provide distributor level technical support for vessel installations requiring of 90 to 1900 kW power. Assist builders with optimizations of propulsion and electrical systems. Included modeling for equipment layout, analysis of components to increase reliability, as well as propeller and driveline sizing based on anticipated performance targets.

Sailed aboard Military Preposition vessels based in Diego Garcia, BOIT and in Saipan, CNMI. Responsibilities included day to day plant operations, log keeping, watch standing, and equipment maintenance. Maintained and upgraded U.S. Coast Guard license (2A/E-unlimited).
