I am passionate about new technology and how it can be used to increase organizational and human performance. I work as a consultant and researcher on the area of HR Technology, human relations, HR Transformation and innovation.Within Kirkman Company I am part of the HR & Employee Experience practice. We establish small and powerful HR departments that deliver what organizations need today. Together we extend the flexibility of your organization. We do this by means of our contemporary view on how organizations function, how they are equipped and how they continuously develop. An HR department that uses innovative partners. HR as a control function, fully focusing on achieving the company goals and consciously choosing to perform something yourself, outsource or work together.My personal expertise lies in the area of (effects of) digitization of the employee journey and how (HR) technology and sourcing can improve the employee experience and efficiency. This is related to my PhD research at the University of Twente where I focus on the effects of robotization on the relationship between employees and managers. I have experience in both private and public sector and from large to relatively small organizations.
