As Group Treasurer for AMP, I was responsible for AMP Limited’s Group treasury function (incuding that of AMP Bank). This included Group Capital, Group Balance Sheet Management, Funding and Liquidity, Financial Risk Management / ALM, Debt Investor Relations, the investment of Shareholder Capital and Treasury Operations. In addition to being a member of the Finance Leadership Team and the AMP Bank Leadership Team, other Committees included: • Member of Group ALCO, Life Company ALCO and AMP Bank ALCO• Member of AMP Bank Product and Pricing Committee and AMP Bank Credit Committee• Member of Life Company Product and Insurance Risk Committee• Member of AMP Capital Financial Risk and Capital Committee • Member of the ERM Steering Committee • Co-Chair – Finance Inclusion and Diversity Council • Chair - Finance Reward and Recognition CommitteeAs Chair of the AMP Investment Committee, I was responsible for the oversight and governance of all investments undertaken by the Life Companies and Employee Super Funds. Ensuring compliance with investment mandates, regulatory requirements (including those of the Superannuation Trustees) and the governance frameworks put in place to manage these investments. In this role, I reported directly to the Trustee and Life Companies Boards. I was also a Director on a number of AMP subsidiaries.

As Group Treasurer for AMP, I was responsible for AMP Limited’s Group treasury function (incuding that of AMP Bank). This included Group Capital, Group Balance Sheet Management, Funding and Liquidity, Financial Risk Management / ALM, Debt Investor Relations, the investment of Shareholder Capital and Treasury Operations. As Director, M&A, I was responsible for the provision of strategic advice, analysis and execution of M&A transactions across the AMP Group. This included leading transaction teams (including contract negotiations, due diligence, financial budgets), management of the key stakeholders (including the Board, Group Executives and advisors) and the ongoing assessment of the Group's current businesses and strategy (including indepth market analysis of competitors and potential M&A opportunities).As outlined in the more recent role description, I was a member of a number of Leadership teams and Committees, and also a Director on a number of AMP subsidiaries.

As Group Treasurer of AXA Asia Pacific, I was responsible for the Group's treasury function across the Australasian region. This included Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and other smaller Asian operations. Key functions were Funding and Liquidity, Capital and Balance Sheet Management, Financial Risk Management / ALM and the investment of Shareholder Capital.Committees included: • Chairman of the Group Management Investment Committee• Member of the Asian Regional Management Investment and ALM Committee• Member of the Australian and New Zealand Investment Management Committee • Member of the Australian and New Zealand Credit CommitteeI was also a Director on a number of AXA Asia Pacific subsidiaries.
