I've always been driven to find innovative solutions for everyday challenges. This passion started during my Business Administration studies (Accounting major) in 2013. I experimented with using Excel to create real-time and effective financial reports, even exploring ways to automate product pricing. There was an undeniable pull towards technology, and when I finally dove into tech in 2018, it felt like coming home.My journey began with the fundamentals: HTML, CSS, Javascript, and WordPress. Since then, the joy of building functional websites and managing the app development process to solve real problems has been immense. It's even more rewarding to share this passion and empower others to discover it too.Over the past 12 years, I've: → Designed and built over 50 fully functional, responsive websites across various industries in Ghana, Nigeria, USA, UK, and Canada. → Trained over 20,000 individuals in tech and productivity tools, with a focus on young girls and women entering the tech space. → Managed diverse global teams to develop innovative programs and projects. →Partnered with SMEs, crafting solutions to help them reach their target audiences. →Lead a team of 100+ to revolutionize youth participation in agribusiness through strategic technology adoption My mission: Building impactful and sustainable brands that solve problems, while inspiring others to do the same.My Expertise:Through experience and focused development, I've become proficient in:→ UI/UX Research & Design (Figma) → Web Development (WordPress) → Content Creation → Project & Product Management → Business Process Automation & Digital Transformation → Capacity Building A Project Manager At Heart:My work has instilled a strong project management mentality. I've learned to start with a clear vision and then break it down into actionable steps. Here are some core principles I've come to appreciate:→ Start Now, Iterate Later: The best way to get things done is by simply starting. Launch an MVP, test the market, and grow alongside your users. → The Power of User Feedback: Understanding user interactions and feedback is crucial for solving their problems effectively. → Adaptability is Key: Change is inevitable. Having a system in place to adapt quickly is essential. → Building the Right Team: The right team matters more than the initial idea. Let's Connect!I'm passionate about empowering others to build solutions and make a positive impact. If this resonates with you, let's connect! Feel free to reach out at me@ewuranna.com.
