I'm a Philippine CPA, UK ACCA and Lux Reviseur d’Entreprises (certified auditor) with extensive experience in alternative investments with special focus on real estate, private equity, infra, and debt structures.Throughout these years:- the go to person for IFRS and US GAAP consultations,- has in depth knowledge of the real estate financial reporting gained through my active participations in various industry bodies such as ALFI Real Estate Financial Reporting subgroup and INREV (association for non listed real estate vehicle),- manages investments from incorporation to funding to oversight to divestment,- oversees the compliance of various Luxembourg structures and their investments to internal requirements, to Luxembourg and EU regulations and to tax rules.**All opinions are my own.**
