Collaborated with manufacturing factories across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to deliver solutions that meet specific system design, software application, and maintenance requirements. Led the contract negotiations between ATNS and CSIR for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Receiver technical specifications and tender evaluation process, for the installation of receivers in South African Airports and supported GNSS technology to improve aviation safety. Assisted the Electronic Defence Evaluation Research Institute (EDERI) management and the Research Institute Management Committee (RIMC) with planning, scoping, statement of work, and resource allocation.

Carried out Design Organisation Approval audits (ISO 2008:9001 Quality Management Systems). Provided guidance to design organisations with certification of airborne equipment to RICA DO 160, DO 254 standards and regulatory compliance. Approved flight test plans and aircraft flight manuals (limitations and procedures) for South African registered aircraft, witnessed flight test and verified test results. Inspected aircrafts (fixed wing and rotorcraft) for avionics installation, wiring and validate test for functionality.
