I work with all employees to become more effective as communicators, presenters, teammates, managers, and executives.Prior to embracing coaching and teaching, I established myself as a versatile leader with a wide range of talents and a passion for solving difficult problems, building operations, and leading teams to the highest levels of productivity and satisfaction.Learning and development is actually my third career. The second was digital marketing, which was a perfect follow-on to an initial career in network technology, databases, and web infrastructure; I actually understand the nuts and bolts behind the Internet, the workings of search engines, and how digital assets are built and maintained.
