Organisational psychology mentor selected to offer experience and professional development to the 2022/23 cohort of recent graduates

The project is designed to gather data on current, emerging and developed roles within Occupational and Organizational Psychology to achieve a clear understanding of common core competencies across seven distinct roles. The research will help create several personas connected with the core competencies. Researchers will conduct a robust thematic analysis to develop the personas. The seven distinct roles are: psychological assessment, learning training and development, leadership, engagement and motivation, well-being and equality, diversity and inclusion, workforce development, organisational development and organisational change and human factors. I am leading the data collection and analysis for leadership engagement and motivation. The aim of the research is to support new and established psychologists into relevant work and help organisations identify talent.
