The Director, Enterprise Solutions, provides the strategic vision, direction, planning and management of the College’s major on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions, its 24x7 operation as well as the network infrastructure for all College locations. I am responsible for the lifecycle of Fanshawe’s enterprise assets and is the Contract Owner for the College’s portfolio of software, hardware and cloud-based technologies.I am privileged to work with Senior Leadership and other IT leaders to developer overall IT strategy in the context of the college strategy and managing the licycle of all Enterprise Solutions.

I am accountable for providing enterprise services in support of student, faculty and administrative functions. This accountability includes the acquisition, development, implementation and support of administrative systems including the College’s Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Document Record Management, and other enterprise support solutions. I am proud to manage a multi-talented team of software developers, systems analyst, business analysts, and project coordinators.During my tenure I have invested significantly in my team, increasing their proficiency in software development, database development and analytics, user interface design, project management, and software testing.Our track record of success include the platform migration of the college’s Enterprise Resource Planning System, integration with SalesForce CRM, implementation of the International Application system, and the development of multiple software applications for HR, Finance and Student Services including Time Entry, General Ledger, and Workload Management solutions.ISS has pivoted significantly during my tenure in anticipation of broader market forces that has made integration, automation, electronic documentation, and business intelligence a priority. This proactive reorientation in 2018/2019 allowed ISS to seamlessly and effectively respond to the challenges of the 2020 Pandemic; enabling our clients to succeed despite the unprecedented barriers posed by the year’s lockdown.

In this role I mentored students in organizational behaviour (OB) theories and concepts that are applicable to various work settings-private, public, for profit, and not-for-profit. This course investigated how individuals, groups, and structures influence and are, in turn, influenced by behaviours in organizations.
