Current• Provide operational support to USD P&R Task Force to manage equities under the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Integration during the Novel Corona Virus Pandemic; submitting daily COVID-19 updates to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, and recording COVID-19 Task force Accomplishments via SharePoint 1v1.• Brief Reserve Components on plan of action during COVID-19; providing guidance on changes to Pentagon Health Protection Condition Levels, distributing travel restriction Memorandums, Executive Orders, or FEMA notifications as necessary, issuing teleworking equipment to non-essential personnel, providing instruction on moving forward with internal and congressional packages in progress while working remotely.• Manage the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) to coordinate internal and congressional packages to Reserve Components, Military Services, and other supporting offices (DHRA, HA MPP, READINESS).• Monitor package Suspense dates via CATMS and ASD M&RA Stoplight Report.• Conduct review and edits on all internal and congressional packages prepared for Congress, DASD, ASD, USD or SecDef Signature.• Coordinate with Public Affairs, Legislative Affairs, and The Office of General Counsel on a regular basis for review and approval of congressional communications, annual reports, and reprogramming efforts.• Collaborate with Director, Human Resources and Enterprise as well as Personnel and Readiness Security POC to conduct in-processing for Reserve Component personnel; curating Action Officer on boarding checklist to assist in establishing Pentagon access, network connection, obtaining government issued equipment, as well as providing DoD organizational Charts, portfolio briefs, and staffing standards.• Update package status for congressional communications through the Congressional Hearing and Reporting Requirements Tracking System (CHARRTS).
