He increased the new product pipeline value by 40%, doubled the value of the Connected Product (IoT) pipeline, and increased the French product development funnel value by 50%. Andrew strategically cut non-performing projects, freeing and reprioritizing €12m in resource. He restructured the production of 60k items, eradicating multi-site competition and implemented collaboration to develop a single, agile methodology for project ideation. He managed the 'Year of Innovation' campaign, training engineers and product developers on innovative methodologies, and filled competency gaps in the company Innovation Centre.Andrew has a Ph.D. from the University of Exeter.
