Ultimate responsibility for all facets of daily operation including Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Accounting, Vendor Relations, and Customer Satisfaction.

Lead the On-Demand Charter team by optimizing flight schedules to maximize efficiency and availability while generating additional revenue opportunities aboard unused flight segments; communicating potential available uplift to customer facing sales team; researching, reviewing, and monitoring external factors relating to operational readiness such as significant weather development, TFRs, NOTAMs and other events which may impact regular mission performance; providing flight following information to client representatives; overseeing irregular flight operations including recovery coordination, implementation, and communication of alternative flight solutions; updating customers, external sales teams, and internal departments in a timely, professional manner. Serving as a liaison between Sales teams, Operations, and Management; maintaining excellent knowledge of overall brand, product pricing, industry lingo, terms, and availability, while ensuring world-class customer service.

Develop, lead and deliver Genesys and ACD Operational Contact Routing change projects, allied to the Customer Contact Centre, and VOiP Suite strategic programs.
