Responsible at Sodecia (formerly known as AZ Automotive) for all programs to be launched within the company, like rear floor for Jeep WK74/ WD75, GMT900 torsion bar, Rear suspension cradle for Epsilon II, front flooor for GM Gamma and Delta and other programs.Responsible for a team of 14 people and department budget.

I was hired at AZ Automotive in October 2005 (later become Sodecia) to launch different programs for Chrysler: JS, PM MK and JK, products varied from dash assemblies to front floors, to cowls. I then managed other programs like the GM Camaro front floor and WK 74 rear floor assembly. I was then promoted Director in August 2008

I was responsible for cost estimation of th Chassis/Suspension Module Product Group and my team of engineers managed all engineering changes for programs already in production. Also I was responsible for all VA/VE activities within our product group. I also assisted in launching new powertrain programs like Ford Fusion in Hermosillo (MX) for front and rear.

responsible to install 4 power train assembly lines (rear and front suspension modules, front corner and engine dress up) and start up a brand new plant (with new personnel that needed to be trained) within the Ford complex in Camacari' (Bahia) for the BV256 and 226 programs

After LEAR purchased Sepi from FIAT I was tasked to implement PPAP system and the LEAR Quality Operative Manual in all our Plants. After succesfull completion we also achieved ISO 9001 and 9002 certification

Reviewing GD&T on all stamping and assembly components, follow up check fixtures and gage certification (R&R) follow up APQP items for new programs to obtain PPAP.
