Many of our competitors followed us. In 2011, we introduced “Trilateral Coverage,” which has forever changed the post-merger “tail” (runoff) coverage in directors and officers (D&O) liability. In the late1990s, we wrote one of the insurance industry’s first cyber policies and were a lead contributor in drafting a major insurer’s cyber policy (still utilized).
