No two people are alike, and grasping each person's unique perspective has been my greatest lesson.Transitioning into Recruitment was my 'ah ha' moment. It merged everything I cherished: problem-solving, consulting, storytelling, and the joy of seeing people flourish. Whether guiding a candidate through an interview process or helping a client find their ideal leader, every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Entrepreneurship brought new challenges and growth, preparing me for my role in Executive Search Recruitment/Headhunting. Here, I've experienced the highs and lows, learning daily from the ever-changing talent acquisition landscape.
