Argaam Investment has constantly provided GCC market with financial data solutions to shape the 360 financial data products for 18 years since established.My role comes mainly in two parts, in direct connection with the leaders of the all departments to help hire the right team, externally in order to seek for the most qualified candidates using different digital tools. - Establish recruiting requirements by studying departments plan and objectives over meeting the heads of departments to discuss needs.- Sourcing and attracting applicants by placing job advertisements using Argaam website, LinkedIn and some other tools.- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.- Determine applicant qualifications by screening and interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.- Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.- Responsible for making and developing Job Offers, Contracts, Annual Appraisal for every position.- Managing intern program by contacting universities, conducting orientations, scheduling rotations, monitoring intern contributions, participate in coaching HR interns, advising managers on training and coaching.- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
