Steven Stephens began a career in transportation and logistics services in December of 2015. In just less than a year, Steve established a commercial truck operation of his own (comprised of individual independent contractors, drivers, business owners and commercial carriers) contracted to large organizations - which includes transportation industry behemoths: FedEx, C.H. Robinson, Uber Freight, Convoy, Amazon Freight, etc.In his role as Managing Director under his own commercial fleet, his main responsibilities were to recruit, train and retain professionals of finance, logistics, and numerous others in his own group. His organization has become a huge success, and he very much enjoys his managerial career.He is a seriel entrepreneur who has his hands in many different industries, and has serious ambitions for another break out success. Steve has lead organizations in both for-profit and non-profit environments in and around the US, and has a passion for leading people to new heights of achievement through his charitable works under his consulting practice with the Truck Investors Club (TIC), and the Exempt Society. Steve also works with individuals and organizations in the areas of revenue enhancement, operations management and financial consulting through his for-profit work under his own operation. Helping people learn how to create, preserve and transfer wealth isn't how his career began, but moving forward it will always be a centerpiece of his life’s work as the founding member of the Youth Wealth Academy. Steve's private non-profit foundation (Cure Crime), which focuses on effective anti-criminal rehabilitation services for ex-offenders, is deeply rooted in his understanding of the negative effects of a non-rehabilatative penal system. Steve believes, in many ways, the criminal element is comprised of a lack of understanding and access to gainful entrepreneurship and employment for urban inner-city youth (let alone ex-offenders, because our government makes it "legal" to discriminate against them on the basis of housing, employment, and lending, etc.).All that, and yet it still isn't enough. That's why Steve has worked to inspire others to follow his lead. Business ownership and asset accumulation is the true road to success, so that's the lesson Steve shares with the world.
