My first love is in Computer Information Technology (IT). This discovery comes from my curiosity to continuously learn something new. I found that technology is ever evolving and provides that medium for me. In call centers, as a Tier 1 Technician, I learned to expand my communication skills as first person representative. It is not only giving the consumer what they want, but also understanding the consumer needs and ensuring service is satisfactory.My goal is to venture into Network Administrative Support. I thrive with hands on experience with upgrades, installations, network, and deployment configurations. An environment that will utilize these skills and enable my experience in maintain a multi-system network will create a symbiotic relationship to my learning drive.IT is forever changing, improving, and growing. I, too, wish to continue to improve and grow. I keep current through continued education and maintain an active certification.
