Managed 20-30 field representatives from Southern California, Oregon, and Washington in successfully executing a time sensitive project, the Address Canvassing Operation in difficult to reach areas of Northern California with limited Wi-Fi, cellular service, and rough terrains. Trained employees and monitored staff performance including on the job observations, approved payroll and various performance metrics.
