Currently an adjunct professor at Sofia University in the MBA and BA programs, where I am also researching the effects of female socialization on agency. Recent research publications are in The Journal of Humanistic Psychology and The International Journal of Applied Positive Psychology. I have completed a literary fiction book that is a an embodied, female empowerment based, sex-positive, spiritual adventure. I continue to look for a publisher or agent that understands the impact of this type of fiction. As a spiritual pragmatist, I believe a holistic approach where life itself is sacred. I take a whole person approach to being in the world that includes the parts of the self that hide in the dark corners. I believe all people are an individual matrix, a beautiful combination of soul, experience, and beliefs; I celebrate that diversity and unique way of being through all the work I do. I value the use of discernment as a way to practice honesty, integrity, responsibility, compassion and non-judgement with ourselves and others. I am passionate about arousing self-awareness to the effect of self-actualization and overall richness of the personal experience. My vision is to utilize my gifts to expand hearts, minds, and spirits. Inspiring a more authentic life filled with connection.
