• I joined Cybarco Ltd in June 2001 as chief accountant and was involved into a wide spectrum of financial activities ranging from supervision of the Accounts department, the day to day accounting function of the company with main responsibility of maintaining timely and accurate accounting data.• In June 2007, I was promoted to CFO, a position I held util May 2017. This opportunity has further developed my managerial skills and ability to work within a team of executive managers involved in formulating corporate strategies, presenting at Board of Directors level and subsequently monitoring and providing feedback through various levels of financial reporting.• I gained valuable expertise in the construction and real estate industry indulging in a wide spectrum of financing activities ranging from raising finance, loan restructurings and company re organisation.• Further experience includes the setting up of specific project Joint Ventures both in Cyprus and the Gulf Area (Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait). My responsibilities as CFO extend to the Gulf area, mainly in Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait, where Cybarco developed its activities successfully since 2007 through the construction of major construction projects both in Bahrain (Riffa views Development, Bahrain National Theatre), Qatar (New Doha International Airport) and Kuwait (Rehabilitation of the Kuwait National Museum) • The development of Cybarco Ltd in the Gulf Area was a very demanding project on its own, as it involved the new set up of subsidiary companies, setting up of internal controls, raising working capital for the new operations, setting up and organising the accounts department, implementation of accounts software and reporting statements.

• This position gave me the opportunity to get involved in real estate business in Cyprus, getting into grips with the financial aspects of raising finance for real estate developments and the subsequent financial management of the construction up to the sale of properties• I was further given the opportunity to manage a portfolio of investments which included shares, financial instruments which included both the responsibility of financially recording the accounting entries relevant to these transactions and also to some extend get involved in the trading of such assets.• I was assigned the responsibility of the setting up of the financial department of a newly registered company which had as its main activity the import of frozen foods and the sale of this through a distribution network to customers, mainly restaurants and hotels.

• I was appointed audit senior manager with Deloitte & Touche in Nicosia Office and was responsible for a large portfolio of clients in various industries including retail, leisure, health.• I was leading a team of 5 persons and offered to clients within my portfolio a wide range of services including bookkeeping, audit, tax and special assignments such as due diligence.• In this position I was able to develop managerial skills such as communicating effectively, supporting and inspiring team members of my group, developed business acumen through interaction with clients and also assuming responsibility and accountability to the partners of the firm.

• Trainee Accountant, basic training in accountancy in a wide field of services provided such as, bookkeeping, audit and tax combined with my professional studies with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants which led to my qualification as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA in May 1994). The firm I worked for was a 3 partner firm based in London (Gray's Inn Road).• I consider this part of my career , which was a combination of attendance of evening classes at college studying for my professional qualification and the challenge of keeping up and performing at a full time job, as being important in contributing towards my subsequent development as a professional accountant as it gave me exposure to work experience in London under a very professional environment and developed my accountancy and business skills providing me with the foundations of a successful career.
