QA shareholder representative (ConocoPhillips) for the Engagement and Integration reviews prior to establishing FID for the APLNG project.Client Quality Manager for the APLNG Electrification sub-project from concept to completion. This role includes managing Origin’s expectations of contracts / contractors. In addition, I am tasked with leading Internal Audits and overseeing supplier quality systems including MDRs, Drawings, NDT, Weld Procedures, FAT and material traceability.At the commencement of the APLNG Project, I established the Electrification Project Execution Plans (PEPs) and associated quality plans & procedures, tender and supplier selection processes. I routinely undertake site-based QA reviews and audits, with a view to ensuring compliance to relevant contracts, standards and specifications.A large part of my role is the mentoring of peers and managing the ‘Lessons Learned’ process to create a knowledge base that will benefit future projects.
